CrownWeb Readiness Memo
CMS will be sending a mass mailing to dialysis facility administrators in mid-May with information on the systems requirements to run the CrownWeb application. CrownWeb is the web-based program mandated in the new Conditions for Coverage by which all dialysis facilities must submit patient data electronically starting February 1, 2009. Please keep an eye out for this document so that you can evaluate your computers and Internet connections.
