CROWNWeb - Are you Missing in Action?
Here is a list of Facilities with NO CROWNWeb (QIPS) user accounts. There are still 37 facilities with no CROWNWeb (QIPS) user accounts that you will need once CROWNWeb is released nationwide at the end of the year. We recommend that at a minimum two people per facility have accounts. These access to and use of CROWNWeb is mandated in the new Conditions for Coverage so please don't delay. The QIPS form is available below as well as an FAQ.
Phase 2 of CROWNWeb starts August 3rd. Phase 2 participants have already been selected and notified. CROWNWeb Frequently Asked Questions including information on the upcoming Phase 2 rollout.

QIPS (QualityNet Identity Provisioning System) is separate from CROWNWeb, and is used to create your CROWNWeb user account. To date the Network has only received a third of the expected number of QIPS account forms. Processing of QIPS forms by the helpdesk is a time consuming process for facilities, the Network and the QIPS Processing Center, so please do not wait till later this year to enroll any staff that will need access to CROWNWeb, beat the rush now.
If you have an active QIPS account, please be sure to log in at least once per month to keep it active.
