Annual Facility Surveys due Feb. 19th, 2010
All facility administrators should have received their surveys and faxed back the receipt page to the network by Jan. 22nd. Completed surveys are due back to the network no later than Friday Feb. 19th, 2010, and must include details of all patient changes made to balance your survey.
