To better serve you and the environment, Heartland Kidney Network is moving away from faxed or mailed communications where ever possible. Whether you are a patient, provider or other interested party, you can now subscribe to receive information emails and newsletters, as well as view archived email communications. You can subscribe to one or all of the topic areas below.
