Patient Advisory Committee

Would you like to help yourself and other patients enjoy better health? Heartland Kidney Network's Patient Advisory Committee (PAC) is looking for a few patients to help us improve the lives of persons like yourself through education and advocacy. A mailing was sent out Wednesday March 28th to patients in our network. If you are interested please call the network at 1-800-444-9965 or fill out the nomination form and return it to the network. The Patient Advisory Committee brochure gives further details about the committee.
