Transplant Booklet

The Transplant Booklet is a 54 page Word document walking the prospective transplant patient through all phases of the process. It starts at pre-surgery testing and evaluation and ends at resuming normal activities.

The transplant patient will find a number of useful checklists that he/she can use. Reading this booklet will give both patient and family members a great headstart on understanding what to expect when getting a new kidney
