Networkwide QIMS Enrollment for CROWNWeb starts now and must be completed by 3/16/2012.Enrollment for all other dialysis facilities in preparation for the National Release is starting NOW! CMS has tasked Heartland Kidney Network with ensuring that all facilities have QIMS users enrolled by 3/17/2012, so we will be monitoring you and contacting you if your facility has no QIMS users as the National Release draws near. Phase 3 will end on 2/29/2012, and the National Release will start between 3/17 and 3/31/2012. The exact date will be announced later.
Other Important Dates related to the CROWNWeb rollout
- Annual Facility Surveys were mailed 1/19 and are due no later than 1/27
- Fistula First Reports from self-reporting units due 2/10 (this is the last report as it will be done in CROWNWeb after this date)
- Last date to submit patient data by mail, fax or CROWNWeb is 2/15. Anything received after that date will be returned to sender.Hold all patient data for entry into CROWNWeb in late March.
- CROWNWeb turned off for the end of Phase 3 on 2/29.
- SIMS (our internal software) is permanently shutdown on 3/2
